Artisan Development Training Program

 

Bay Dar’s Artisan Development Training Program is dedicated to strengthening traditional craftsmanship across Myanmar. To date, we have trained more than 3,000 artisans, helping them refine their skills, enhance product quality, and expand economic opportunities.

 

Today, Bay Dar proudly partners with over 300 artisans nationwide who craft the unique, handmade products that define our brand. This program continues to empower creators, preserve cultural heritage, and build sustainable livelihoods.
