• Bay Dar products are crafted using locally sourced raw materials. Due to the nature and availability of these materials, slight variations are to be expected and embraced as part of their uniqueness.

• During delivery and depending on environmental conditions, metal parts may naturally oxidize. This is not a defect — simply wipe gently with a soft cloth to restore its shine.

• As each piece is handmade, there may be slight differences even between the two sides of a pair of earrings. This reflects the authenticity of handcrafted work.

• For custom or repeat orders, variations in stone size, color, or shape may occur due to the natural characteristics of the materials.
